Filtered Pure Norway Spruce Resin (Picea abies) 1oz (28g)

How To Use:

1.  Pull or cut a piece of the resin and place on an incense warmer.  Electric or tealight both work.
2.  Take a small sliver and place on a charcoal disk.
3.  Carefully warm the resin and add to your incense dough.  Knead the dough to distribute the resin.

I found that when I would purchase Norway Spruce resin, it wouldn't smell quite right.  Each time I warmed it up to make my studio smell cozy, each experience was different and sometimes unpleasant.  I decided to try to get a reliable and precise scent out of the resin.  I warmed it up and poured it through a sieve.  I couldn't believe how much stuff was in the resin.  Sand, dirt, bugs, bird and squirrel droppings, old leaves, bits of tree bark..etc.  

Once I filtered it and warmed it I was struck by how amazing it smelled.   A pure Norway spruce resin scent.  So very fresh!  Without the scent of those other things being warmed up.

It's a lot of difficult and sticky work, but It's just so amazing I had to bring it to you guys! <3
