Customer Service:

Shipping Charges:

We charge a flat fee of $10 to places within the lower 48 states for orders under $75 to one location.  Orders over $75 are shipped free to one address. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase except on Saturday or Sunday. Periodically we offer special shipping promotions with reduced or free shipping for a limited time period. 

Return Policy:

Most items can be returned for exchange or refund except special orders such as material by the yard and custom made products which are non returnable or refundable. For standard products we offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your order. To return or exchange an item please call us or email us for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). Returned items must be new and unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.  Items returned that are not in a sellable condition, if accepted, will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for the return shipping.

In the case of a damaged item or the wrong item was shipped, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will send a prepaid return label.   

Sales Tax:

Pennsylvania Sales Tax is added to orders delivered within Pennsylvania.

Orders shipped to an address outside of Pennsylvania do not incur sales tax. However, you may be responsible to pay sales tax to your state. Check with your state sales tax office.
